Cotton hoodies are heaven when you’re curled up on the couch but leave you cold and clammy on the water. That’s why we built the Apex Hoody—to combine the comfort and functionality of your old hooded sweatshirt with the technology and performance brought to you by the world’s most advanced hard-faced fleece. We kept everything you love about your favorite hooded sweatshirt and made it better. The classic, insulated kangaroo pocket includes zippers, so you can safely store a fly box, phone, or tools in there. We added hidden locks to the drawstring hood for easy adjustment. We replaced cotton with bomber Karuishi® Fleece, and added full-stretch and articulation in the arms. You can still wear it on the couch, but when you get bored and decide to hit the river, you won’t need to change.
