RS Jacket
The RS Jacket sets a new standard for durability, water resistance, and comfort no matter how long the day or the season. Designed to pair with our RS Waders, the RS Jacket provides sanctuary in even the harshest conditions. Featuring a fully taped and stretch-woven internal wrist cuff in addition to a comfortable and easily adjustable outer cuff, your arms will never be wet again. The unique pass through pockets allow cold hands access to body heat trapped in the waders’ warming pockets. The generous drop hood keeps water off your face in a downpour but won’t bunch around your neck when the jacket is fully zipped and the hood is down. If you relentlessly pursue fish, even on days when most anglers hide behind their tying benches, the RS Jacket will help you stay on the water longer.
Intended as your cold weather solution, the RS jacket is designed to fit over an insulation piece like a Fusion Hybrid or 3/2 Puffy and your waders and is sized up about a half size to accommodate the extra bulk.

Functional Durability
Fully adjustable drop hood prevents hood from bunching around the back of the neck when fully zipped. Hidden Cohaesive® hood adjusters are located in exterior chest pockets to prevent line snagging.
External pass-through pockets utilize YKK Aquaguard water repellent zippers for easy access to RS Wader hand warming pockets. Angled oversized chest pockets are designed for reduced bulk and necessary storage for fishing cargo and tools.
Articulated sleeve patterning coupled with stretch shell fabric allow for unparalleled range of motion through casting and rowing strokes.
Double cuff design combines a fully taped and adjustable stretch woven interior cuff with an adjustable waterproof/breathable exterior sleeve cuff for extreme seal-ability.

"I really like the fit and flexibility of the jacket. Great hood. I have a long torso, so I like the length. Very waterproof based on a short period of time on the water. I am a big fan of the nice pockets and the ability to vent the jacket with side zips. Overall this is an excellent rain jacket."

"The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is the price. Not sure if that’s fair, or not. The fit on the large was snug under the armpits but perfect everywhere else. The XL was great with layers and over waders but a little looser than I’d like by itself. Overall I can’t complain though and I was grateful for the fleece line pockets toward the end of the day. Air temp was 35 degrees."

"I love this jacket - is my second one. I wear one( smaller size ) in spring/ summer / fall when i need a minimal warm jacket underneath when trout/ steelhead fishing . Have one size larger when i need to wear a heavy jacket undeneath when Steelhead fishing in late fall in BC. Wont leave home without one"

"This is an excellent jacket! It’s perfect for the cold weather fisherman. The double cuff is perfect. It’s the best design for a wading jacket and it’s underpriced for the features you get. This jacket is designed by real fishermen. If you want to layer underneath just get true to size because it’s designed to be loose for layers. These guys care for the customer too, Skwala is very impressive."

"So far this jacket living up to the hype. As a fly fishing guide I’m often hard on my gear. This thing feels bomb proof. I love that the cut is slightly larger than similar jackets from other brands, enough room for layers but comfortably moves with you. Has kept me dry and comfortable."
